My husband and I have been visiting this cozy and elegant restaurant for over thirty years. There is a wonderful menu, fresh foods are turned into tasty meals. The salads are delicious. The price / performance ratio is okay. I am always very happy when I go there. Unfortunately, my husband passed away, but there was also a festive lunch in the adjoining room after the funeral. Everyone was very satisfied. The owners and the staff are always friendly and quick. Thanks also to Ms. Hartmann, who is now in well-deserved retirement. The restaurant is closed on Thursdays. There are and were a lot of regular guests. There is sufficient parking space on site. I would cry if this place no longer existed. BRAVO💐,

We ordered a goose to go on Christmas Day. Both the goose and the side dishes were plentiful, hot, and very tasty. The price was also very reasonable for four people at € 100. We were very pleased that we got a Christmas goose here at relatively short notice during the lockdown and can recommend the restaurant without reservation.

Corona-related: take-away food We tried the "takeaway" service here for the first time today. We got the necessary information on the Internet, there is a menu that was created for this time. Plus all the times when you can order the food. In addition, when I called I received the information that I can bring my own bowls and plates. That was important to me for various reasons. I was able to arrange a pick-up time, the food was ready on time and was filled into the dishes I had brought with me. After the payment and the handover, the employee kindly wished me "Bon appetit" The food was of good quality, the meat well fried and very tasty. The fried potatoes had cooled slightly, certainly because they were put in my cold bowl, I would do that next time. Just put it in my oven - I hadn't considered that this time. We were very satisfied and can highly recommend the restaurant, especially with this service.

Absolutely awesome! We came up with the idea of ​​something to eat 2 weeks ago. What we found were the waitress Manuela and these absolutely top dishes! I ate this good last time in 1984 !! Above all, a big compliment to Manuela who made the evening especially sweet with her warm manner! Preferably 6 stars !!!!

We go here again and again and like to eat. The selection is very good, everyone will find something to suit their taste. A small greeting from the kitchen in the form of an amuse gueule is part of the overall package in addition to the friendly staff. Class!

Everything is freshly prepared. We ate the sauerbraten and the onion soup and that was really great. The compote was still slightly warm (it would have been even better if it was cold). In terms of furnishings, everything is neat and clean - but is more aimed at an older audience. We would love to come back. Absolutely ok in terms of price.

Today we had a meeting with 8 former colleagues for a meal in the "Siepenkötter". I was, like most colleagues, there for the first time. We had a great meal. That was the unanimous opinion. In addition a very pleasant atmosphere and a very friendly service. It was amazingly busy for a Monday. Overall a pleasant stay.

Totally enjoyed the mussle starter and lamb steak main course. All served in a lovely space by very friendly staff. They even had the grace and patience for this non German speaking visitor 👍
